Domestic Shipping Time

Most of our items have a processing time of 1-2 business. For personalized items we need a little more time like 6-9 business days. But it's worth the wait for a product that's just for you.

Delays and Customs

If you choose not to pay the necessary duties or fees, it could lead to delays in the delivery process. In some cases, your package might be held in customs. We want you to receive your order as swiftly as possible, so we recommend taking care of any required payments promptly.

Refused Orders

If, for any reason, you choose to refuse the delivery of your order, please be aware that you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. We're here to assist you, so if you're uncertain about your order, please get in touch with us before making a decision.

Returns

We accept your returns within 30 days. Once your order has been submitted we immediately begin the process of production of your personalized items and the others. If you would like to cancel your purchase, there is a non refundable fee of 30% of the total amount of the all items, also shipping, handling expenses and shipping return expenses will not be refunded. You must contact us by sending an e-mail to roteirojewelry@gmail.com for the return instructions, if the instructions are not followed correctly, we will not be able to issue any type of refund.

Refusing Shipment

If you decide to refuse the delivery of your order, whether to avoid duties and taxes or due to a change of heart, please note that the return shipping fee charged to Roteiro Jewelry will be your responsibility. Damage/Defective Items

In case you receive a damaged or defective item, you have 48 hours from the delivery date to email us your order number along with a photo of the flawed or incorrect piece at roteirojewelry@gmail.com. We are committed to assisting you in resolving the issue promptly.
